CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.
How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?
With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).
While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

"For ER, great nurses and excellent doctors. But for floor care, it varies depending on the unit and nurse."
Covenant is one of the best hospitals, but I have concerns about the quality of care during the COVID pandemic.
Excellent care, well staffed.
Cannot receive care here due to insurance.
Highly recommend hospital. Personal experience with quality care for special needs son. Level 1 trauma hospital with expertise and resources.
Quality of care in our hospital is great.
Challenging to deliver quality care due to staffing, supplies, and equipment, but ultimately good care is provided.
Great care, but wouldn't recommend ER for family. Need to be a strong advocate. Lot of traveling/new nurses.
It's great! Patients well cared for, quality care is really good. Would recommend to family.

It's really good, my favorite. Nurses take patient care seriously, collaborate, monitor fetal heart rate, prioritize concerns, and include patients in decision-making.
Summary of Hospital-Reported Data
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to collect and report on hospital quality and patient satisfaction data. While the data can be dated (collected 1 to 4 years ago) the insights are an important view into hospital safety and quality. We looked through all of this data, and here is our summary of what we found:
Norman Regional demonstrates average overall patient satisfaction, according to the CMS HCAHPS patient ratings and quality data. In terms of emergency room services, patients experience an average wait time, with efficient and timely treatment achieved within 2-3 hours on average. The hospital excels in providing effective treatment for conditions such as pneumonia, thereby minimizing the need for patients to return to the hospital. Moreover, Norman Regional outperforms by maintaining above-average standards in infection prevention, prioritizing patient safety during their hospital stay.
