CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.

How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?

With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).

While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

Definitely recommend Covenant hospital; confident in their new charting system.

Covenant is one of the best hospitals, but I have concerns about the quality of care during the COVID pandemic.

Covenant has strong values, motto is 'everyone matters', and aims to provide the best care for every individual.

Strongly recommend hospital over others, highest level of care in emergency, critical care, and pediatrics in Portland area.

Overall feeling: Hospital care could be better post-pandemic; budget issues lead to cheaper supplies; core staff underappreciated; travel nurses given better incentives.

Emanuel is the best hospital for all healthcare needs; I send my own family here.

Understaffed, heavy workload, quality of care affected, delayed meals, inability to turn patients, delayed bathing, less attention given.

Great care, but wouldn't recommend ER for family. Need to be a strong advocate. Lot of traveling/new nurses.

Excellent care, every nurse goes above and beyond.

Quality of care at WakeMed North is pretty good. Would definitely recommend to a loved one. Low ratios allow personalized care. Staff genuinely loves what they are doing.
