Patients have reported that the care team can be slow at times in meeting their needs, and there are concerns regarding the cleanliness of the hospital. Furthermore, patients have expressed difficulties in having a quiet rest during their stay. The hospital's mortality rates are average across all measured categories. However, the hospital has relatively long wait times in the emergency room, with patients waiting an average of over 3 hours to be seen and treated. Additionally, the hospital's performance in treating conditions such as heart failure and pneumonia, aiming to prevent readmissions, is not commendable. These facts provide an unbiased review of the quality of care at Banner Boswell Medical Center.
