Poor staffing, unsupportive management, staffing crisis, inadequate care, patients lack necessary service and attention.
It depends on the unit. ED turnover is high. Good experience in OB and PACU units. Wouldn't send family to ED unless basic. Lots of travelers.

However, one area of concern is the long average wait time in the emergency room, where patients typically wait over 3 hours to be seen and treated. On the positive side, the hospital excels in the treatment of conditions such as pneumonia, resulting in fewer patients needing to return to the hospital. Additionally, the hospital is exceptional in its efforts to prevent patients from acquiring infections during their stay. These factors provide consumers with an unbiased understanding of the quality of care at Allina United Hospital.
