The hospital also struggles with transitions between departments and cleanliness. Patients have expressed concerns about the lack of quiet rest in the hospital. Additionally, the hospital has an extended ER wait time with patients waiting for over 3 hours to be seen and treated. The hospital's performance in treating conditions such as heart failure and pneumonia, to prevent readmissions, is also below average.
