Hurley Medical Center, while having a low overall patient satisfaction rate, demonstrates above-average performance in ensuring patients do not acquire infections during their hospital stay. However, patients have reported challenges regarding the hospital's cleanliness as well as the care team's ability to meet their needs promptly. The hospital's mortality rates are average across all measured areas. Additionally, one area of concern is the long wait time in the Emergency Room, where patients currently wait for over 3 hours on average to be seen and treated.
