Our systems hinder us, we miss truly listening to patients. Failed treatments and lack of comprehensive care. Advocate needed 24/7.

Baystate Medical Center, based on CMS HCAHPS patient ratings and quality data, demonstrates an average level of overall patient satisfaction. According to patient reports, there are periods where the care team can be slow in meeting their needs. Furthermore, the hospital has a prolonged emergency room wait time, averaging over three hours for patients to be seen and treated. In terms of treatment, there is room for improvement as the hospital does not effectively address conditions such as heart failure and pneumonia to prevent patients from having to return for further care.
