CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.
How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?
With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).
While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

Overland is okay, not amazing but not awful either. It's just an average hospital.
Confident in loved ones coming, unique services, high specialty level in certain areas.
Overworked nurses, lack of care on regular floors. ER constantly full with burnout. Recommend NICU and trauma.
Overwhelmed staff on regular med surge floors, would prefer sending family to another hospital, due to insufficient staffing.
Good quality care, personable staff, compassionate work.
Great care, physicians competent. Hospitals need better communication and information sharing. Important to have advocate. Busy, but seasoned nurses helpful.
Good care for loved ones at this hospital.
Excellent care, well staffed.
Overall feeling: Hospital care could be better post-pandemic; budget issues lead to cheaper supplies; core staff underappreciated; travel nurses given better incentives.
