Great teamwork, passionate staff, improved care with hospitalists, better communication, accessible doctors, and flexible availability.
Some departments provide better care, but my department is run well. There are often issues with understaffing and past errors.
Overall, the hospital is doing a good job and worth mentioning that it is now a teaching hospital for doctors.
"I would prefer them to go to Dameron. Honestly, I would have them come because I would be there. There are nurses I would trust with my family."

Not recommending due to lack of designated pediatrics unit, as I've seen patients of different ages together.
