CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.
How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?
With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).
While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

Nurses Say it Straight
These comments are not from nurses at Doctors Hospital LLC but are instead nurse comments from hospitals with a similar size and quality ratings for illustration of what feedback from nurses at a hospital of this size and quality might be.
The hospital is okay, not too bad, but challenging due to frequent staff turnover, particularly in the ED.
Very good care, small hospital, limited services, up-to-date facilities
Limited services. Room for improvement. Not recommended. Great for Strokes and ICU, but not ER.
Great nurses, poor management, staffing issues, recommend other hospitals, lack of specialty doctors.
Highly recommend hospital, especially cardiology department. Shortage of staff, but not as dire as it seems.
Exceptional compassion towards patients and families. Highly recommend St. Joseph hospital for loved ones, dedicated to addressing concerns.
Great hospital that cares for employees, provides good benefits, and stands out in their commitment to quality care.
Hospitals aren't what you think they are, the reality is quite complex.
The nursing staff is incredible, but the lack of resources and physician availability would influence my opinion on Menorah.

Perform high-quality care, but expect long wait times. Nice ICU, good team of physicians, surgeons, and providers. Overall, really good job.
Summary of Hospital-Reported Data
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to collect and report on hospital quality and patient satisfaction data. While the data can be dated (collected 1 to 4 years ago) the insights are an important view into hospital safety and quality. We looked through all of this data, and here is our summary of what we found:
Based on the CMS HCAHPS patient ratings and quality data, Doctors Hospital LLC exhibits several noteworthy concerns regarding the quality of care provided. The hospital is recognized for experiencing several significant high-patient-mortality concerns, indicating potential shortcomings in patient outcomes. Additionally, Doctors Hospital LLC faces challenges in maintaining low infection rates, suggesting a potential risk of infections among patients. It is important for consumers to consider these factors when evaluating the quality of care offered at this hospital.
