CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.
How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?
With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).
While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

Depends on what they need to be seen for. Excellent care for neurological issues, but understaffed and high turnover rate in cardiology.
For neurology or stroke, definitely recommend our hospital. For other medical conditions, advise seeking treatment elsewhere.
Great care, but lacking due to staffing and overwhelming workload. Might not be timely or as expected, due to lack of resources and availability.
Good hospital, caring doctors, competent nurses. Prefer over other hospitals. Some downsides, but Olathe tries to accommodate.
Depends on specific service. Certain doctors recommended for surgery, others advised against. Limited knowledge on other services. Proud of our small community hospital, but recommend KU campus for oncology.
Highly skilled and capable doctors and nurses, confident and comfortable with their level of care, compared to healthcare options in Kansas City.
It's a great place, like a one-stop shop, with all specialties. Exceptional care is provided to our patients.
Quality of care is good, I have trust in healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective treatment.
Quality of care is excellent; exceptional care is provided in the women's service line.

Summary of Hospital-Reported Data
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to collect and report on hospital quality and patient satisfaction data. While the data can be dated (collected 1 to 4 years ago) the insights are an important view into hospital safety and quality. We looked through all of this data, and here is our summary of what we found:
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center boasts high overall patient satisfaction ratings according to the CMS HCAHPS patient ratings and quality data. However, one area of concern is the long wait time in the emergency room, with patients waiting on average over 3 hours to be seen and treated. Additionally, the hospital's performance in treating conditions like pneumonia fails to prevent patients from returning to the hospital. On the positive side, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center demonstrates exceptional efforts in preventing infections among patients during their hospital stay.
