With an extended waiting time in the emergency room, averaging over 3 hours for patients to be seen and treated, the hospital acknowledges room for improvement in this aspect. However, St Joseph excels in treating conditions such as heart attacks, heart failure, and pneumonia, successfully minimizing the likelihood of patient readmissions. Nevertheless, the hospital faces challenges with higher infection rates.
