Not recommend for all family, but good overall. Top cardiology surgeon. Recommend specific unit. Coworkers welcoming. Solid staff. Manager and peers are supportive. Tricky location. High drug overdose and homeless population.

Patients have reported significant challenges with staff responsiveness to their needs as well as challenges with communication about their medications. Additionally, patients have reported challenges regarding the cleanliness of the hospital. One notable area of concern is the long ER wait time, with patients waiting over 3 hours on average to be seen and treated. However, the hospital excels in preventing infections among its patients. Although the hospital does not effectively treat conditions like heart failure to prevent readmissions, it ensures that patients within the hospital environment are well protected against infections.
