Patients have reported that the staff is good at responding quickly to their needs and is excellent in meeting their needs promptly. Additionally, patients have expressed positivity towards the quiet atmosphere of the hospital. While the hospital has average mortality rates for various conditions, it also has an average ER wait time, with patients being seen and treated within an average of 2-3 hours. However, the hospital faces challenges in effectively treating conditions like heart failure and pneumonia to prevent patients from needing to return to the hospital. Moreover, the hospital struggles with high infection rates.
