Quality of care at WakeMed North is pretty good. Would definitely recommend to a loved one. Low ratios allow personalized care. Staff genuinely loves what they are doing.

Providence Hospital has an average overall patient satisfaction rating. However, it should be noted that the hospital has a long emergency room wait time, with patients waiting over 3 hours on average to be seen and treated. While the hospital does a good job of treating conditions like heart attacks, resulting in low readmission rates, it does not perform as effectively in treating conditions like heart failure and pneumonia, resulting in higher rates of readmission for these conditions.
