CareLuminate does not have nurse interviews for this hospital currently, but is estimating the Nurse Recommendation Score based on the strong relationship between patient feedback and nurse feedback.
How Does CareLuminate Estimate The Nurse Recommendation Score?
With over 1,000 nurses having participated with CareLuminate to date, we have found that the relationship between hospital patient recommendation ratings and nurse recommendation ratings is very strong (p<.001, R-squared = .42).
While the two ratings are often similar, the comments from nurses are extremely important because they show an important 'inside view' into strengths or concerns in a hospital. CareLuminate is working towards offering nurse insights into every hospital in the US.

These comments are not from nurses at Sacred Heart Hospital but are instead nurse comments from hospitals with a similar size and quality ratings for illustration of what feedback from nurses at a hospital of this size and quality might be.
"For ER, great nurses and excellent doctors. But for floor care, it varies depending on the unit and nurse."
Always recommend Covenant. Excellent care, praised by patients and family members. Chose to work here due to great teamwork.
Covenant is the best local hospital for care. Patients complain about the Harrison Campus nurses.
Emanuel is the best hospital for all healthcare needs; I send my own family here.
Legacy Emanuel is recommended for family members, good outcomes with sick patients; trust in providers. Good with trauma patients, neuro trauma care. Not recommended for cancer patients.
Overall care is great, but challenging due to new nurses and grads. More knowledge needed, experience is key.
Hit or miss with quality of care, standard workflow and level not always great. Speak up for yourself or have someone who can. At Kaiser, focus is not truly understanding and solving patient's problems, priority is quick diagnosis and treatment.
Great care, but wouldn't recommend ER for family. Need to be a strong advocate. Lot of traveling/new nurses.
Certain surgeons are better; overall hospital care is safe.

It's really good, my favorite. Nurses take patient care seriously, collaborate, monitor fetal heart rate, prioritize concerns, and include patients in decision-making.
